Molly Casebere
MS, LCMHC, NCC
Molly Casebere holds two Masters of Science degrees from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro, one in Counseling and one in Sport and Exercise Psychology. She is a Nationally Certified Counselor (NCC # 239857) and is also a Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor in the state of North Carolina (LCMHC # 8518). Molly spent 6 years working with college students addressing a variety of mental health concerns before moving into private practice. Her services include individual counseling for adolescents and adults.
Molly recognizes that all individuals are unique and therefore may benefit from different therapeutic approaches. Molly often utilizes Cognitive Behavioral, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and Solution-Focused techniques, but tailors the therapeutic process to each specific client.
Molly helps clients draw upon their existing strengths and develop new skills in order to better navigate life’s challenges. Molly also works with athletes to overcome mental and emotional barriers in order to enhance their athletic performance.
