Jamian Newton, M.S., LPCA, NCC

Jamian Newton is a Licensed Professional Counselor Associate in North Carolina (#A12555) and a Nationally Certified Counselor (#755762). He holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology from UNC Chapel Hill and a Master of Science degree in Counseling from UNC Greensboro. He is currently a PhD student at UNCG specializing in Sport and Exercise Psychology. He values working alongside his clients to help them manage and respond to life issues. He uses Person-Centered, Cognitive-Behavioral, and Solution-Focused Therapy frameworks and techniques to collaborate with clients and help them on their journeys toward positive change.
