Our Therapy
we offer a variety of therapies to understand and address your mental health needs
Depression & Anxiety
Depression, fear, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through counseling and treatment, we are able to help you recover motivation, perspective, and joy that you once had in your life.
Trauma & PTSD
Many individuals can experience symptoms associated with painful and traumatic circumstances. Anxiety, fear, and hopelessness are a few emotions that can linger post traumatic events. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of grief and healing.
Relationships
Relationship counseling can be beneficial to couples who are looking to strengthen their emotional connection, in all stages of their relationship. Therapy sessions are held with both couples and is a supportive place to discuss issues and solutions to better strengthen your relationship.
Autism & ADHD
ADHD and Autism Spectrum Disorders are treatable neurodevelopmental disorders that can occur individually and together. Psychotherapy is often used as a method of treatment. Talk to our staff about how a counselor can help you or a loved one get the treatment they need.
Alcohol & Substance Abuse
Alcohol and Substance Abuse are considered addictive disorders. If alcohol and substances are taking over your everyday life and causing you to behave irrationally, disrupting home and/or work-life, psychotherapy can help. We have Licensed Clinical Addictions Specialists that are trained specifically for this condition. Give our office a call and find your way back to a healthy lifestyle.
LGBTQ+
Gender Identity and sexual orientation can be a journey that sometimes requires the assistance of a mental health professional. Our practice recognizes that LGBTQ individuals may need guidance and direction while trying to find their place in society. Exploring what brings contentment and what makes a person uniquely themselves is part of the process. Our counselors are ready to become part of your support system. Let us know how we can help.
